One thing that many people do is go to the most known realtors in town and expect to get the best deals in town. The thing about going to the biggest realtor company in town is that everybody is going to them. Whether they do not have the time to give the service to all of their clients, or they only accept clients that they can make a lot of money off of, sometimes going to the big guys is not the best thing to do.

That is why sometimes it is better to go with a smaller company that can put the time and energy into each individual customer.
