It can take anywhere from a day up to a few weeks to receive a mail order catalog. If a customer lives outside of the country, it could take months for them to see the printed catalog. By then, a popular sale or closeout item could have been sold out, while other items go on the discontinued list.

If for some reason you don't find what you're looking for in the catalog, don't be afraid to call the company and ask. You never know what merchandise they plan to sell next.
